Quality Management

The Office of Quality Management (QM) provides technical, communication and decision-making support to Agency management by coordinating planning, legislation, grants, research, and communications. The three service areas within QM are:

• Planning

• Research

• Public Information and Communication, which encompasses the Public Information Officer, Desktop Publishing, and Web Development
