Program Description: The REACH program provides HIV and Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) education to substance users in treatment throughout Orange County. HIV testing and counseling is also provided at the end of educational sessions for individuals interested in testing. The HIV education class for court-ordered offenders is also offered monthly in Spanish and English at the REACH office. Services are offered in a safe, confidential and nonjudgmental environment for clients to address a variety of needs utilizing harm reduction methods and a client-centered approach to care.
