Program Description: The Youth As Parents Program is designed to help pregnant and parenting teens, and their children, prevent or lessen the impact of mental/emotional, substance abuse and domestic violence problems, involvement with the juvenile justice system for the teen parent, and to identify such concerns in their child/children early in their development. Case Managers are assigned to each participant, and they meet with the teens in their home, work site, and/or school. Program services include:
Comprehensive needs assessment
On-going individualized case management
Referral and linkage to appropriate County and community services
Parenting education and short-term interventions that are evidence based
Peer mentoring
Eligibility: Orange County residents. All applicants will be assessed for eligibility and linked to similar programs if they do not meet program guidelines.

Hours of Operation: 8 a.m.- 9 p.m., Monday - Friday
