Program Description: The Latino Health Access (LHA) Mental Health Program conducts community level outreach by meeting with people door to door; at local businesses, parks and schools . The program conducts parent support education, skill development workshops, and community awareness campaigns. LHA also provides individual support and case management for families and care takers with children or adolescents displaying early signs of emotional and behavioral challenges. Seminars and trainings are offered to promote the promotora model to community based organizations.
Eligibility: Orange County parents and caregivers of children
Language(s): English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Farsi, and other languages
Hours of Operation: 8 a.m.– 9 p.m. (and weekends by event)
