Cultural Competency & Multi-Ethnic Services
is a program within the Orange County Health Care Agency responsible for the undertaking of developing a training model that will foster an understanding and appreciation of all cultures.
 

Goal
To implement the Agency's Cultural Competency plan to meet and exceed State and Federal regulations.
 

Focus
Assist the Agency in providing culturally appropriate and competent services to all consumers.
 

Emphasis
Development and refinement of core skills to work with multicultural populations as well as culture specific skills that are age appropriate.
