Services
AFLP staff help link teens to services and programs available in the community including:
Case managers can meet with the teen at home, school, or wherever she or he is comfortable.
Who is eligible?

Pregnant and/or parenting young women
under age 19
-
Expectant and parenting young men under 21
years of age
-
All pregnant and/or parenting teens receiving welfare assistance
are automatically enrolled in
