Services for Pregnant Women
Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health (MCAH)
What's Available?
MCAH Program's goals are to improve the health
of all newborns in Orange County. We aim to increase access to
early and continuous prenatal care (pdf document) among all
pregnant women.
We provide access to free or low-cost prenatal
care by linking expectant mothers and their families to doctor’s
offices or community clinics in their area. Regardless of
residency status, any uninsured pregnant woman in Orange County
can call for referral to a clinic where she can start her prenatal
care.
