8:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday by appointment only. The clinic is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

Office Visit Fee of $30.00 will be charged each time each patient
is seen by the Registered Nurse. NOTE: Only one office visit fee
will be charged per patient for same day multiple shots.
