MSI Frequently Asked Questions Since 1983, The
Medical Services Initiative Program (MSI) has been a County
funded Safety Net Program responsible for the provision of
medical care to Orange County's medically indigent adults
previously covered by Medi-Cal.
System Activity Reports
These reports are distributed to each of our system
stakeholders on a Quarterly and Annual basis and provide information on
the EMS system throughout Orange County.
Automated External Defibrillator laws
Effective July 1, 2007, all health clubs and health studios in
California are required to have an automated external
defibrillator (AED) program in place as required in the
California Health and Safety Code, Section 104113.
