Workforce Education and Training
A system that promotes recovery/wellness for adults and older adults with mental illness and resiliency for children with serious emotional disorders.

Capital Facilities and Technology
Suggestions and ideas for how the capital funds could be used to meet the goals of the MHSA so that DMH can get stakeholder feedback.
