Capital Facilities A portion of the MHSA funds have been specifically set aside for Capital Facilities. The County must show use of these funds.

Technology A portion of the MHSA funds have been specifically set aside for Technology. The County must show use of these funds support the State’s overall goal to create an integrated information systems infrastructure through the implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR).

The County of Orange anticipates a response from DMH within 60 days.
