Dear Mr. Refowitz:
We have completed our review of your December 14, 2007 request
for an update to your Mental Health Services Act (MHSA)
Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan. In accordance with CCR
Title 9, Chapter 14, Section 3350 and Department of Mental
Health (DMH) Information Notice No.: 07-21, this letter
announces our intent to approve and process your request in the
amount of $1,339,300 for Additional One-Time Funding
Augmentation to Expand Local Mental Health Services. Although a
preliminary amount is provided in this letter of intent, it is
not a final calculation. The final amount will be cited in a
modification to your MHSA Agreement.
