Orange County Immersion Training

The goal of Immersion Training is to provide the community, social services providers, law enforcement, school districts, teachers, students and other interested persons with information on mental health issues, chronic mental illness issues and the recovery model. Immersion Training is a 3-day training, and attendance on all three days is required.  For more information or to register, please contact mtrainingprogram@ochca.com

    This Five-Year Plan, developed in response to Welfare and Institutions Code Sections 5820-5822 of the MHSA, has been finalized and was approved by the California Mental Health Planning Council.  It covers the period April 2008 to April 2013, with subsequent plans to be developed every five years.  This document provides a vision, values and mission for Workforce Education and Training programs and activities, and will assist California in moving toward an integrated mental health service delivery system.
