Small monthly enrollment fee for comprehensive healthcare for persons ages 1-19 years from low-income families who have no health insurance. Routine health exams, blood and urine tests, immunizations are free. Small co-payment applies for diagnosis and treatment of illness that occurs at anytime during enrollment. Includes dental benefits and vision care.

Comprehensive healthcare for persons on Medi-Cal, ages 0-21 years, including routine health exams, blood and urine tests, immunizations, diagnosis and treatment of illness and dental benefits. In Orange County, services are generally provided through a managed care plan that contracts with CalOPTIMA.
