(Santa Ana) - The Orange County Health Care
Agency’s draft plan to seek $28.3 million in Mental Health
Services Act (MHSA) Capital Facilities and Technological Needs
Plan funding is available for public review and comment through
July 6, 2008.
Of the total amount of funding available, 80% will be spent on
Capital Facilities and 20% will be used to fund Technological
Needs. A portion of the Capital Facilities funding will be used
to construct a site for programs including a Wellness/Peer
Support Center, a Crisis Residential Program, and a Vocational
Training Program.

Training Office, 600 W. Santa Ana Blvd., Suite 510, Santa Ana.
Orange County’s Mental Health Board will hold a Public Hearing
on the plan Thursday, July 10 beginning at 9 a.m. at the Orange
County Hall of Administration, 333 W. Santa Ana Boulevard, Santa
Ana, 92701.
