Responsibilities: - Ensures an open nominations process for the Council
- Conducts ongoing recruitment for membership on the Council
- Coordinates the Assessment of the Administrative Mechanism (AAM)
- Establishes ad-hoc committees, subcommittees, or task forces, as needed

- Time: 6:00 PM

Responsibilities: - Members are persons living with HIV
- Represents and identifies the needs of persons living with HIV (PLWH)
- Assists in the development and recruitment of PLWH for Council and committee membership
- Works closely with the Council and its committees to assess gaps in services to PLWH and to recommend strategies to fill those gaps
- Participates in the design and implementation of surveys or focus groups
