The Supported Employment (SE) program serves Orange County residents 18 and older who are living with serious mental illness, may have a co-occurring substance use disorder, and require job assistance to obtain competitive or volunteer employment. Participants are referred to the program and must be engaged in behavioral health services throughout their time in the program. Each participant is assigned a Plan Coordinator or Personal Services Coordinator who will collaborate with the SE team to assist with behavioral issues.
