The HCA Portal is a patient portal that provides you with secure, online access to your personal
health information at the County of Orange Health Care Agency, in association with CernerHealth.
The HCA Portal permits you to review details of your own Behavioral Health records
and medical history, as well as exchange non-urgent messages with your Care Team.
You can gain access to the HCA Portal by requesting an invitation to create an HCA Portal account at your next office visit.
