Yale Navigation Center
The Yale Navigation Center opened in late January 2021, is the new County shelter for persons experiencing homelessness, located in Santa Ana. The Yale Navigation Center operated by People Assisting the Homeless (PATH), provides shelter and supportive services for to up to 425 individuals and couples experiencing homelessness for the Central Service Planning Area (SPA). PATH provides trauma informed emergency shelter services with an emphasis on stabilization, permanent housing placements and re-integration of participants back into the community.

Bridges at Kraemer Place
Bridges at Kraemer Place is an emergency shelter located in the City of Anaheim and operated by Mercy House through a contract with the County of Orange. Currently Bridges has a 100 person capacity, while a second phase of the project is expected to be finished in 2018. The second phase will allow the capacity to be doubled, totaling up to space for 200 occupants. It is also expected to bring an on-site health clinic as well as kitchen access. This shelter is open to those 18 and older. The goal of Bridges is to transition clients to provide more permanent housing plans as soon as possible.

Cold Weather Emergency Shelter
The Orange County Cold Weather Emergency Shelter is a seasonal program (usually November – April) that is normally operated at the California National Guard Armory site in Santa Ana. The program provides overnight shelter to individuals that are vulnerable and exposed to the outside weather elements and provides essential services that include nutritious meals, warm showers, a safe place to sleep, clothes, supportive services, and a friendly atmosphere.
