In conformance with the California Health and Safety Code Sections 117400-117450, Orange County Environmental Health Liquid Waste Hauler Program is responsible for the registration of vehicles and vessels used to collect or dispose of nonhazardous liquid wastes from sources such as septic systems, portable toilets, boats, and grease traps.
To engage in the business of liquid waste hauling within Orange County, complete and submit the application below.
Please note, vehicles and vessels will be automatically invoiced by this agency for every subsequent year after initial registration. Liquid waste haulers must also provide written notice to this agency for updating registration details, selling of business, or cancelling registration to prevent further invoicing.
