Eligibility for HIV Services

 

  County funded services are intended to serve persons living with HIV (PLWH) who have no other source of healthcare. To get HIV-related services, individuals will need to get screened to see if they are eligible for services. 


You may be eligible to get the following services:

  • AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP)
  • Case Management
  • Dental Services
  • Emergency Financial Assistance for Medications / Health Insurance Premium and Cost Sharing Assistance
  • Food Services (Food Pantry, Home Delivered Meals, Nutritional Counseling, Nutritional Supplements) 
  • Home Health Care / Home and Community-Based Health Services / Hospice / Rehabilitation
  • Housing Services
  • Independent Skills
  • Legal Services
  • Medical Care
  • Mental Health Services
  • Outreach Services
  • Prevention with Positives
  • Substance Abuse Services
  • Transportation Services
