2024-25 Annual Compliance Training
Training is an integral component of HCA's Compliance Program's ongoing education efforts and is mandatory for all employees and other designated individuals. Annual Compliance Training is provided to address relevant changes to laws, rules, regulations, HCA's Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations.
New employees are required to complete this training within 30 days of their start date.
Current employees and other designated individuals are required to complete this training on an annual basis within 60 days from the date the training is updated.
Annual Compliance Trainings are released at the end of the calendar year. Any necessary updates that occur mid training cycle will be reflected in the subsequent Annual Compliance Training. Programs and providers are responsible for ensuring their ongoing understanding and adherence with all local, state, federal regulatory requirements, and HCA processes

HCA Version: this training is intended to serve all HCA regular, contract, and extra-help employees, interns, and volunteers.
Contracted Provider and Entity Version: this training is intended to serve employees of contracted providers and entities.
