WHO WE ARE: ECSOC is a collaboration with Orange County Social Services Agency to address the health and developmental needs of children ages 0-5 years entering the child welfare system.
WHAT WE DO: Public health nurses provide case management to ensure that the children in foster care receive developmental screenings. They also coordinate referrals and linkages to community resources for identified developmental, medical, dental, and behavioral health needs.
