About Our Online Trainings:
These trainings are available to all CHDP certified and /or pending providers in Orange County and their staff members.
Our online trainings are designed to be viewed on a PC equipped with audio and running a current version of Windows. Your computer will need a reliable internet connection, printer, audio and headset. We recommend using Chrome, as other browsers such as Edge may not work. The presentations have narration, and you can advance the slide once the speaker has finished talking. If you experience problems with your computer, please contact your IT department.
- The provider must use the same Personal Computer (PC) with sound available to complete these trainings.
- The trainings may not be compatible with tablets or other devices. Users of iOS devices may want to download Articulate Player.
- We recommend that you download the resources from our webpage for use during the trainings.
Resume Function:
You should be able to pause and resume where you left off, without starting again from the beginning. In order for the resume function to work, you must use the same log-in, same computer, and same browser. Your browser should be set up so that browsing history is maintained. Please test the resume function at the beginning of the training. The Instruction screen at the beginning of the training will walk you through this testing process. If it does not work, please contact your IT department for assistance.
For those CHDP Providers who prefer to attend in-person trainings, please see our current CHDP Provider Training Schedule.
