Director's Office

Supports organizational operations and initiatives under the oversight of the Agency Director, including communications, compliance and privacy management, care coordination for the homeless and population health and equity.

  • Communications: Serves as the HCA’s Public Information Office, responding to and coordinating media requests for information, drafting and issuing press releases, and managing the Agency’s social media presence. Additionally, provides internal support to programs in the development and marketing of information about the HCA and our contracted partners across multiple platforms.
  • Office of Compliance and Privacy: Ensures organizational compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, including compliance training, issue reporting and adherence to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy rights.
  • Office of Care Coordination: Supports the needs of the homeless population in Orange County and promotes integration of services throughout the community that improve the countywide response to homelessness.
  • Office of Population Health & EquityFocuses on increasing the HCA’s impact and action related to addressing health disparities, advancing health equity and population health management, and developing policy measures and practices combating structural and social injustices in health and human services.
