Orange County Provider Lists
The below DUI programs are certified by the State of California to provide DUI program services for the County of Orange. Refer to the Court for additional guidance on the enrollment process.
*** Please note: Orange County residents ordered to complete a DUI program from another state, even if another State’s court did not order you to a DUI program, you must complete, at a minimum, a 3 month California DUI program in order to satisfy the DMV. For more information about DMV requirements, contact your local DMV.
Out-of-County DUI Program Providers:
You can see or download the listing of licensed DUI Alcohol Education Programs for all counties in California, by clicking on the PDF link on DHCS’s website. Refer to the Court for additional guidance on the enrollment process.
Out-of-State DUI Program Providers:
The Orange County Superior Court must approve an individual to complete an out of State approved DUI Program. A request and approval from the Court is also required for other States’ equivalency. Some States requirements are different from the requirements in California. A defendant may find his/her own out of State provider and report enrollment and participation directly to the Orange County Court.
To locate a program within the state that you prefer, visit the website of SAMHSA - Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration at https://findtreatment.samhsa.gov/locator. Refer to the Court for additional guidance on the enrollment process.
