Dacron swabs are best for collection of Group A Streptococcus specimens. TRANSPORT CONDITIONS: Room Temperature (25±5°C): 48 hours, preferred Refrigerated (5±3°C): 48 hours, acceptable Frozen (-15±5°C): Unacceptable |
